I’ve spent most of my 20s caring for other people and supporting others with their wellbeing. But somewhere along the way, I realised I wasn’t looking after my own. I lived for the weekends! Stretching those 48 hours of “free” time as much as I possibly could by making plans and chasing fun. Then repeating the same cycle every week, because that’s what we’re taught to do right?

Work throughout the week, live on saturdays & sundays, then repeat this again, and again, and again...

December 2023 is when everything shifted for me. I went solo travelling around South East Asia for 7 months and honestly, that time and location freedom opened my eyes. I saw what life could look like when you’re not tied to one place or payslip. I knew I didn’t want to fall back into those "textbook lifestyle" norms.

I found this online business opportunity in September 2024, that's allowing me to create that freedom in all areas of my life, in a way that feels aligned to me, whilst working part-time in healthcare. And I get to help you explore what that can look like for you too, in your own way!
